Before you fill in the form, please note that
1) All information that are submitted will be use for applying in this college only.
2) Please fill in with valid info only.
3) Invalid info of applicant will not be processed.

For International Student, the documents require to submit :
1) A passport size photograph
1 passport size photograph with WHITE background (35mm x 45mm).

2) A copy of your passport
a. Your passport data page (bio-data page which shows your face, name etc)
b. All pages with Visa information. We don’t need all the pages of your passport. If the page is empty, you do not need to submit it.
c. Observation page (showing any extensions, clarifications of name, and previous passport numbers)
d. Passport validity duration must be more than 12 months.

3) Your academic certificates and transcripts
You need to provide copies of all academic records, certificates or transcripts of studies previously undertaken.

4) English Language Requirement
The English Language tests which are accepted are:
- IELTS (International English Language Testing System),
- TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language),
- College English Placement Test
